This site is dedicated to improving South Cove condominiums. What is needed? To start with: Transparency, communication, fairness, improved & better property management, etc. Who controls this failure now? The Board of Directors, mainly comprised of directors in position for many terms. And it appears to be satisfied with the status quo of letting Doreen Kral from  Lake Front property management do as she seems fit. (lakefrontpm@aol.com)

In many associations, rules are made to suppress change. South Cove is no different, as the property management, Doreen and Milo can fine a co-owner up to $2500.00.  It seems the Board rubber stamps approval of fines, even if appealed… You get the fine, and if not paid immediately, they can threaten legal action, foreclosure, etc. This website hopefully will help in the freedom of discussions, bringing up issues that need to improve, etc.
